With the First Selection…
Man, it’s been a long, tiring week and I’m in the need of some excitement to wake me from this mental haze that’s taken over my brain. So with that in mind, I’m off to visit friends in NYC for some manly, testosterone filled goodness that can only be described as the 71st Annual National Football League Player Selection Meeting… or the NFL Draft. I expect lots a sausage and beer swigging Jets and Giants fans booing and heckling every pick regardless of how good it is. Hell, I might even join in the fun when it comes to the Eagles pick (that one was for you Paul)… nothing wrong with that.
I also plan on geeking out by paying a visit to the Nintendo Store to browse all the cool Nintendo branded games and gear. Mario Bros. denim jacket here I come… well maybe not. I gotta remember to bring my DS and download some demos, etc..
