San Francisco/GDC Trip Day 1
Here’s a quick photo update from my first day in San Francisco. My friend, and host, Corey gave a quick, whirl wind tour of the city’s sites to me and my other friend George yesterday. We spent about the whole day walking around and man… my feet are killing me. It’s too bad I only had this one day to check things out. I’m sure there’s a ton of other cool stuff to see and do. Anyways… on to the pics.

Walking up past Market St. to catch the cable car.

Some people dressed up as chefs were handing out chocolate samples at Union Square.

Heading into Chinatown for lunch.

Riding the old cable cars down the hills is pretty fun… and kinda scary.

Taking the bay boat tours towards the Golden Gate bridge.

Getting close.

Seeing the bridge from this angle makes it even more impressive.

Alcatraz… the island of the pelicans.

Quite possibly one of the stupidest (and funniest) penny arcade machines down on the wharf. For the low, low price of a quarter, you get to see a fan blow the wagon tarp around. Totally worth it.

Sunset down on Pier 39. Check out the see lions.
