A few weeks ago I was feeling adventurous and thought I’d give the Google Reader a try (mostly to keep track of all the sites I only randomly check)… and low and behold, flash forward to the present, and I almost use it exclusively now for all my web browsing. Sure, I still browse the old school way and fire up my bookmarks menu, but the reader helps keep me abreast of all the little stuff I used to miss… like this sweet little gem:

How fucking geeky/cool is that!?! Man, I wish I could get one of those for my desk to cool me off during the hot summer nights around here. Too bad it goes for a ridiculous $389.99… boo! ThinkGeek, boo! Make these affordable somehow. I want one! I honestly don’t understand how they cost so much… especially since you can get handheld battery powered LED fans at trade shows for free! (like my LucasArts one from GDC)
